Information for Presenters

June 10-11, 2007, Rihga Royal Hotel Kyoto, Kyoto, Japan

Sponsored by
the Japan Society of Applied Physics and
the IEEE Electron Device Society

Information for Presenters

Invited speakers will have 25 minutes plus 5 minutes for questions.
Contributed oral papers will have 15 minutes plus 5 minutes for
questions. An overhead projector and an LCD projector will be
available for the oral presentations. To use the LCD projector,
the presenter may use his or her own laptop computer. (Please
note that electric power source voltage is 100 V in Japan.)
For all the LCD presenters, we would like to ask you to bring
    OHP transparencies as a backup.

The size of the poster panel is 90 cm Ąż 120 cm (width Ąż height),
to which papers can be pinned. Push pins will be provided.

Poster presenters will be given 1 minute each for a brief
oral summary of their work, and these presentations must be
done with overhead viewgraphs (not with the LCD projector)
    because of the tight schedule.

Submission to the IEEE journal Transactions on Nanotechnology

The authors are encouraged to submit a full paper version of the accepted abstracts for publication in the IEEE Transactions on Nanotechnology.

The authors should submit the manuscript according to the requirements of IEEE Transactions on Nanotechnology through the following electronic submission site:
    http://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/tnano.

Manuscripts must be detailed and will go through a rigorous review. Authors should identify the manuscript as being based on work presented at SNW 2007 as a footnote in the manuscript and in the comments/notes that go together with the manuscript submission.

The deadline for the submission to IEEE Transaction on Nanotechnology is June 27, 2007.
